Installation instructions:
Please unzip the downloaded ZIP file to the NEWPLUGS folder which is right inside your TNM 7 SE folder. Then start up TNM to install the plugin.
Synopsis:
The TNM 7 SE Entrance Music Wizard is your one-stop solution to ensuring a consistent entrance music experience. It ensures all your wrestler entrance themes are equally loud. It converts most relevant audio formats into ones you can use in your ring intros. And it fixes many errors in audio files which previously prevented them from working in TNM.
Details:
Working with huge libraries of audio files is a nightmare under the best of circumstances. Some formats will only play in this program but not in that. Some files are reported to be corrupted but play fine nonetheless. And since different files come from different sources, they are mastered to different loudness levels. It's a mess.
The TNM 7 SE Entrance Music Wizard takes the grunt work out of maintaining your TNM's entrance music library.
What does it do? - You can quickly check and normalize all themes in any TNM.
- You can drag and drop any MP3 files (even such which have nothing to do with TNM) onto the form if you want - for instance - your music collection to all have the same effective loudness. Or you can use the internal file browser to add them.
- The plugin pulls all themes from your global wrestler, tag team and stable databases, your circuits' tag team and stable databases, and from the Theme Music Wizard plugin.
Essentially it takes all the hard work out of ensuring a consistent and pleasant experience in terms of entrance themes.
There's one massive bonus feature which may prove immensely useful. You probably know that Windows can only play WAV and MP3 files natively. In the past, if you assigned a theme that wasn't a WAV or an MP3 file, it simply wouldn't get played by TNM.
Here's where the Entrance Music Wizard comes in: It automatically recognizes and converts the following other formats into MP3 files for use with TNM:
- MPEG4 audio (".m4a"),
- OGG Vorbis (".ogg"), and
- Opus audio (open-source audio format)
That means full compatibility with any themes you might download from YouTube, for instance. And it's completely transparent to you, the user. The TNM 7 SE Entrance Music Wizard takes care of everything that needs to be done in the background. No need to worry about the details.
